XXXX 162 Sample Clauses

XXXX 162. Upon written request of a Local Union or the Multi- Employer Benefit Plan, the Ontario Sheet Metal Work- ers’ Conference and the Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors’ Association agree to meet within thirty (30) days with respect to the $0.03 Xxxx 162 hourly con- tributions required in the Wage Schedules. Where it can be demonstrated that the $0.03 Xxxx 162 hourly contribution has not, is not or will not be suf- ficient for the Multi-Employer Benefit Plan to meet it’s obligations under Section 25 of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, employers required to make the Xxxx 162 contributions shall increase those contribu- tions to an amount sufficient to cover any existing cur- rent or future shortfall. Any increase to the $0.03 hourly contribution will be reviewed upon the expiry of the Collective Agree- ment.
