Xxxx Rates. Package rate is fixed for General Xxxx and there will 10% hike in the rate of General Xxxx for Semiprivate Xxxx and 25% hike in the rate of General Xxxx for Private Xxxx. Eligibility for specified wards is based on range of pay. If the beneficiary desires to go for higher xxxx than designed in the package specific for range of pay, the difference amount shall be borne by the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Scheme beneficiary. In case of emergency if entitled category is not available, the hospital shall accommodate in the immediate higher category till the entitled category accommodation becomes available. However, the hospital is entitled to claim only the xxxx rates of the eligible category for that beneficiary. Network Hospital shall not refuse admission for the eligible Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Scheme beneficiary. Since the package rate is inclusive of investigations, treatment and medicines etc., the hospital shall not prescribe anything to be purchased by the beneficiary.

  • Service Rates The rates for services provided to a specific child by the Provider shall be set forth in the PSO for the child. The Provider may not increase the rate for any service described in a PSO during the term of the PSO unless the PSO provides for an automatic rate increase option, in which case the rate may only be increased in the initial month of the Buyer’s fiscal year and must be agreed to in writing by the Buyer. The provider is required to have all services and rate information entered and up-to-date in the Service Fee Directory by the beginning of the contract year. The Provider shall provide to the Buyer written notice of any planned rate increase (90 days) prior to the initial month of the Buyer’s next fiscal year. Such written notice shall contain the justification for the increase and shall be submitted in triplicate to the Buyer’s Children’s Services Act Manager.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Base Rates Attached to and made a part of this Agreement is Appendix A which sets forth the straight-time hourly rates for all employees covered by this Agreement.

Such billing rates shall be inclusive of actual Cash-based Expenses in the form of wages paid the employee, fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs. Grantee will provide the necessary financial documents to determine the indirect cost rate in accordance with the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) and Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS).

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.
