Xxxxx, Trails, and Open Space. YVHA shall construct, at its expense, the Neighborhood Parks and Greenways identified in Section 2.c and Exhibit C. The Neighborhood Parks and Greenways will be dedicated to the City following construction and accepted by the City for Maintenance.
