CONSULTANT shall prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, submittal of public notice, and permit application forms. No other permits are anticipated to be required.

Xxxxxx Application. It shall be the responsibility of the eligible faculty member to complete and deliver to the Xxxxxxx, by December 1 of the sixth (6th) year, an appropriate application for tenure which shall contain at least the following information: total probationary service including credit for prior service; a statement of teaching, research or public service performed by the applicant during the probationary period; any other information the applicant deems relevant to his/her professional development, performance or competence.
