Common use of XXXXXX DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD AND DURHAM CATHOLIC SCHOOL BOARD Clause in Contracts

XXXXXX DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD AND DURHAM CATHOLIC SCHOOL BOARD. Purchasers/Tenants are hereby advised that school children from this development may have to be transported to existing schools. Although a site in the area has been reserved for a school building, a new school may not be built for several years and it will be only when the number of students from a geographical attendance area warrants the new accommodation, and then only if the Ministry of Education and Training authorizes funding and construction of this required school. The standard Durham District School Board approved "Notice to Parent" will be in all sales representation centres. Purchasers/Tenants are hereby advised that temporary facilities/portables may be placed on the school site in order to accommodate students in excess of the capacity of the school building. Purchasers/Tenants are hereby advised that the construction of a Catholic School on a designated site is not guaranteed. Purchasers are advised that sufficient accommodation may not be available for students residing in this area, and you are notified that students may be accommodated in temporary facilities and/or bussed to existing facilities outside the area. The Board will in its discretion designate pick-up points for students who qualify for transportation.
