REDUCTION OF STAFF 34.01 When the Company proposes to terminate (other than for cause) an employee as a result of a decision to reduce the number of Permanent Employees:
Election of Stewards In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect stewards (to a maximum of two), whose duty shall be to assist any employee which the xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and in presenting his/her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
Retention of Status An employee on approved paid or unpaid leave will retain her/his employment status for the duration of the leave.
Reduction of Compensation If the Firm fails to meet the submission date by less than thirty days for the draft report and/or working papers submitted to the Office of the State Auditor for review and approval or by less than thirty days from the completion date for the final reports and/or corrections to the working papers prescribed herein, the District may, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, reduce the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed ten percent of the total contract price for the applicable fiscal year. If reports and/or corrections to the working papers are overdue by 30 days or more, the District may reduce, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed twenty percent of the total contract price for the Rev. 10/20 applicable fiscal year.

Change of Status Contractor shall immediately notify H-GAC, in writing, of ANY change in ownership, control, dealership/franchisee status, Motor Vehicle license status, or name. Distribution of Public Keys Each of Registry Operator and Escrow Agent will distribute its public key to the other party (Registry Operator or Escrow Agent, as the case may be) via email to an email address to be specified. Each party will confirm receipt of the other party’s public key with a reply email, and the distributing party will subsequently reconfirm the authenticity of the key transmitted via offline methods, like in person meeting, telephone, etc. In this way, public key transmission is authenticated to a user able to send and receive mail via a mail server operated by the distributing party. Escrow Agent, Registry Operator and ICANN will exchange public keys by the same procedure.
