Common use of XXXXXXX DIFFERENTIAL Clause in Contracts

XXXXXXX DIFFERENTIAL. Employees designated by the Employer as Xxxxxxx shall be paid a differential of ten percent (10%) per hour above the Journeyman’s base rate of pay. Employees designated by the Employer as General Xxxxxxx shall be paid a differential of ten percent (10%) per hour above the highest base rate of the Employee over which they have supervision.
