Xxxxxxxx Measures. It is recognized that all members of the Union and the Company are required to comply with all protective security measures now in effect. If it is found that this Contract or any part of this Contract in any way violates security measures which are now in effect, or which may be put into effect later, and the Company and the Union are notified by the proper authority as to the section or sections of the Contract in question, negotiations will begin immediately for the purpose of making required changes.
Xxxxxxxx Measures. Tenant acknowledges that the rental payable to Landlord hereunder does not include the cost of guard service or other security measures. Xxxxxxxx Measures. Tenant hereby acknowledges that Landlord shall have no obligation whatsoever to provide guard service or other security measures for the benefit of the Premises or the Project, and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant due to its failure to provide such services. Xxxxxxxx Measures. Vertical Solution Provider shall maintain an adequate level of security measures in order to prevent unauthorized access to the Software. In the event Vertical Solution Provider cannot satisfactorily resolve any issue of systematic unauthorized access, Autodesk may, at its sole option and in conjunction with any remedies it may have against Vertical Solution Provider at law or in equity, terminate this Agreement.

The Processor shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of or damage to Personal Data taking into account the harm that might result from such unauthorised or unlawful processing, loss, destruction or damage and the nature of the Personal Data to be protected including without limitation, all such measures that may be required to ensure compliance with Article 32 of the GDPR; Such technical and organisational measures shall be at least equivalent to the technical and organisational measures set out in Section 2 of Appendix A of these terms and shall reflect the nature of the Protected Data.

Company shall implement and maintain physical and information security measures with respect to the Services that (i) comply with all applicable laws and applicable industry standards and (ii) are consistent with applicable industry standards and practices. Company shall timely implement any reasonable additions, changes or adjustments to its security measures that are necessary to comply with applicable laws or such applicable industry standards.
