Common use of Xxxxxxxx Pay Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx Pay. 1. A CLP employee who has completed at least 1 year of compensated service with the Company, laid off through no fault or action of the employee’s own, will receive furlough pay based on the length of total actual straight time compensated service with the Company since the employee’s last date of hire. Xxxxxxxx pay will be computed on the basis of the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate at the time of layoff.
