Common use of Xxxxxxxx Pay Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx Pay. Stewards shall be permitted reasonable time to present and process grievances on the company premises. At locations with one hun- dred (100) or more active drivers, the twenty (20) hours’ pay per month shall be automatic. At locations with fifty-one (51) to nine- ty-nine (99) active drivers, the xxxxxxx will be paid ten (10) hours pay automatically, or for actual time spent up to twenty (20) hours, whichever is greater; and at locations with fifty (50) or fewer active drivers, the xxxxxxx will be paid five (5) hours pay automatically, or for actual time spent up to twenty (20) hours, whichever is greater. This provision pertains to driveaway stewards only. Time for meet- ings in processing grievances shall be established by mutual agree- ment by the Company and the Local Union.
