Xxxxxxxx’s Representative. The grievant may be represented at all steps of the grievance procedure by: either OAPSE legal counsel, OAPSE Representative, or a unit member.
Xxxxxxxx’s Representative. Xxxxxxxx has designated Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx (“Landlord’s Representative”) as its primary representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Work Letter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Landlord regarding this Work Letter. Landlord may change Xxxxxxxx’s Representative at any time upon not less than five (5) business days advance written notice to Tenant.
Xxxxxxxx’s Representative. Xxxxxxxx has designated Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Work Agreement, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of Landlord as required in this Work Agreement.
Xxxxxxxx’s Representative. Landlord has designated Xxxx Xxxxxx, whose electronic mail address is [***], as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Work Letter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Landlord as required in this Work Letter.
Xxxxxxxx’s Representative. Any person designated by the Association to represent the grievant in the grievance procedures.
Xxxxxxxx’s Representative. Landlord has designated Xxxxxx Xxxx with PMA, as its sole representatives with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Landlord as required in this Tenant Work Letter.
Xxxxxxxx’s Representative. Landlord has designated [**] ([**]) and [**] ([**]) (each a “Landlord’s Representative”) as its representative with respect to the performance of the Tenant Improvements, who each, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of Landlord.
Xxxxxxxx’s Representative. Prior to the date of Zoning Approval, Landlord shall submit in writing to Tenant such individual Landlord designates as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Work Letter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Landlord as required in this Work Letter.
Xxxxxxxx’s Representative. Xxxx Xxxxxxx shall act as Landlord’s representative in all matters to be covered by this Agreement. Such representative shall act on behalf of Landlord in connection with the issuance of any approvals or disapprovals to be made or given by Landlord under the terms of this Agreement and the making of any other communications required or permitted under the terms of this Agreement. Tenant shall be entitled to rely upon any approval or disapproval issued, or other communication made, by Xxxxxxxx’s representative.
