If the application appears ready to move forward, the Coordinator will instruct the applicant to proceed with any necessary review by the Appearance Review Board (ARB) if located in Downtown Orlando, the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) if located within a Downtown Historic District or the Board of Zoning Approval (BZA) if a zoning variance is required.
