Xxxxxxxx's Right of Entry. Landlord reserves the right at all reasonable times during the Term of this Lease for Landlord or Landlord's agents, upon 24 hours advance notice to Tenant (except in the event of an emergency), to enter the Premises for the purpose of inspecting and examining the same, and to show the same to prospective purchasers or tenants, and to make such repairs, alterations, improvements or additions as Landlord may deem necessary or desirable. During the ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the term of this Lease or any renewal term, Landlord may exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants or purchasers, and place upon the Premises the usual notices advertising the Premises for sale or lease, as the case may be, which notices Tenant shall permit to remain thereon without molestation. Landlord shall provide Tenant with one (1) key to all existing exterior locks of the Premises. Additional keys shall be provided at Tenant’s cost. In the event Tenant changes the exterior locks to the Premises at any time during the Base Term and/or any Option Terms, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a working key. Quiet Enjoyment: Landlord agrees that, if the Rent is being paid in the manner and at the time prescribed and the covenants and obligations of the Tenant or a ny pe r mi t t e d a s s i gne e or subl e s se e of T e na nt are being all and singularly kept, fulfilled and performed, Tenant shall lawfully and peaceably have, hold, possess, use and occupy and enjoy the Premises so long as this Lease remains in force, or any renewal or extension thereof. without hindrance, disturbance or molestation from Landlord, subject to the specific provisions of this Lease. Landlord shall defend and hold harmless, Tenant from any and all costs, expenses, losses and damages by any third party contesting the Tenant’s right of possession under this Lease or interfering with Xxxxxx’s quiet enjoyment of the Premises. Xxxxxxxx’s right to enter to repair or maintain the Premises shall be exercised in a manner consistent with the Tenant’s right of quiet enjoyment.

Xxxxxxxx's Right of Entry. The right of free access is reserved to the Landlord and Landlords agent(s) and to any other person thereunto authorized by the Landlord or Landlord's agent(s) to inspect, repair, alter, or exhibit said premises and to affix signs, such as "For Rent", in such places on the premises as the Landlord or Landlord's agent(s) shall determine, all without interference of any kind by the Tenants or others and with or without consent of Tenants. Entry upon the premises shall be made, except in case of emergency, at reasonable hours or times and, to the extent possible, with prior notice to Tenants. In case of emergency entrance without prior notice by Landlord or Landlord’s agent(s) is expressly permitted.
Xxxxxxxx's Right of Entry. The landlord and its authorized agent shall have the right to enter the demised premises during normal business hours for the purpose of inspecting the general condition and state of repair of the premises and for the purpose of making any repairs required of the landlord and for showing of the premises to any prospective tenant. In the event of an emergency the landlord and its authorized agents or public authorities shall have the right to enter the leased premises at any time to prevent damage to the leased premises or other parts of the above described property or to preserve the public peace. Landlord shall have a key to the premises; if the tenant changes locks, tenant shall provide landlord with new keys.
Xxxxxxxx's Right of Entry. Xxxxxxxx xxx xts authorized agents shall have the right to enter the Leased Premises, on reasonable prior notice to Tenant, to exhibit the Leased Premises to prospective tenants and to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, or assignees of any mortgage on the Property and to others having a legitimate interest during the Lease Term. At any time and without notice in the event of an emergency, and otherwise upon reasonable notice and at reasonable times, Landlord shall have the right to take any and all measures, including inspections, repairs, alterations, additions and improvements to the Leased Premises, the Building or the Property, as may be necessary or desirable for the safety, protection or preservation of the Leased Premises, the Building or the Property, or as may be necessary or desirable in the operation or improvement of the Leased Premises, the Building or the Property or in order to comply with Governmental Regulations.
Xxxxxxxx's Right of Entry. Landlord shall have the right to enter upon the Premises at all reasonable hours, with reasonable prior notice, for the purpose of inspection and repairs, except in case of emergency in which case no notice shall be required.
Xxxxxxxx's Right of Entry. Landlord may, during the term of this Lease, upon reasonable advance written notice except in the event of emergency, enter to inspect the Leased Premises, or to make any alterations or repairs that may be deemed reasonably necessary by Xxxxxxxx, or for such other purposes as may be deemed reasonably necessary by the Landlord, and may show the premises or building to others during the last six (6) months of the term.
Xxxxxxxx's Right of Entry. All due care will be made to minimize interruptions to the tenant’s operations when feasible. In the case of an emergency, the City reserves the right to access the office without prior notice or coordination with the Lessee.
