Reasonable Hours Sample Clauses
The "reasonable-hours" clause defines the time periods during which certain activities, such as work, access, or communication, are permitted under an agreement. Typically, this clause restricts actions to standard business hours, such as 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. By setting these boundaries, the clause helps prevent disruptions outside of normal working times and ensures that expectations regarding availability and operations are clear for all involved.
