Inspection and Repairs. The Contractor shall inspect the irrigation system once per month with County Performance Administrator to ensure that all components are functioning property and shall report the findings of each inspection in writing via email report.
Inspection and Repairs. The Lessor and its representatives may enter the Leased Premises at all times to examine their condition and to make such modifications which they deem necessary or useful for the operation and the proper maintenance of the Immovable or of its electro-mechanical systems.

Authorized MSU personnel may enter the Apartment at reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection, inventory, maintenance, pest control, repairs or as deemed necessary by MSU upon 24 hours’ notice. Said notice is not required in the event of any health or safety emergency, building evacuation, or abandonment of the Apartment. Xxxxxx agrees to waive the 24-hour notice requirement and consents to MSU personnel entering the Apartment when Xxxxxx has requested service. Tenant shall be responsible for all costs related to repairs attributable to the willful act or negligence of Tenant, a member of Tenant’s household, or other person under Xxxxxx’s control. Tenant shall complete an Apartment Condition Report and submit it to the Leasing Office within 7 days after obtaining keys to the Apartment. Failure to complete and return such form within the time specified shall be conclusive evidence that the Apartment was in good order and satisfactory condition when Xxxxxx took possession.
Inspection and Repairs. Subject to any requirements provided by applicable law, Lessor (including any managing agent or vendor authorized by Lessor) shall have the right to enter the apartment at reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection, inventory, maintenance, pest control, repairs, leaving notices, removing health and safety hazards, and allowing entry by law enforcement officers.

Lessor shall have the right to inspect the leased premises at all reasonable times and the right to enter the same for the purpose of cleaning, repairing, altering or improving the same, or the Building, but nothing contained in this lease shall be construed so as to impose any obligation on Lessor to make any repairs, alterations or improvements except as expressly provided in Section 9. In no event shall Lessor enter any portion of the leased premises without giving Lessee reasonable advance notice, other than in the case of an emergency or entrance in conjunction with normal janitorial work. Moreover, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessor acknowledges that a portion of the leased premises will be used for banking activities. As a result, Lessor hereby agrees that it will comply with reasonable security measures required by Lessee for security reasons or for regulatory compliance reasons (e.g., Lessor shall have no access whatsoever to Lessee’s vault and Lessor’s janitors shall work with lessee’s alarm company to ensure the integrity of Lessee’s alarm system.)
Inspection and Repairs. If Classic advances costs for transporting of cars, repairs, service and detailing, the expenses will be reimbursed at cost. It is our goal to maximize the net sales value to the Consignor. It is also crucial that Classic discloses accurately the condition of the car to buyers. Classic will conduct an inspection of the car and make recommendations for repairs (generally this takes two-hours). Classics shop rates for the inspection and repairs is billed at the discounted rate of $120 per hour. Detailing services are billed at a rate of $300 per day.

The Landlord shall have access to the Leased Premises at any time, without liability toward the Tenant, to examine and verify the Leased Premises or for the purpose of making therein any repairs, replacements, alterations or improvements the Landlord deems necessary or desirable for the operation and proper maintenance of the Building or the electrical and mechanical systems of the Building, subject to the provisions of this Lease.

The Lessor and its representatives shall have the right, at all reasonable times and from time to time during the Term, to visit the Premises, to examine the state of the Premises, and to ascertain as to whether the Lessee is performing all of its obligations under the present Lease. The Lessee must make all the repairs that the Lessee is obliged to make in virtue of these presents. If the Lessee fails to make any repairs within thirty (30) days following the Lessor’s written request, provided that such repairs may reasonably be made within the stipulated delay, the Lessor may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies it may have, make such repairs and charge the cost of these repairs to the Lessee. No provision in the present Lease shall be construed to obligate the Lessor to make any repairs which the Lessee is responsible in virtue of these presents, but the Lessor shall have the right at all times to enter the Premises and to make emergency repairs, the whole without prior notice to the Lessee, and to charge the cost thereof to the Lessee. All costs chargeable to the Lessee in virtue of these presents must be paid on demand as additional rental. Any unpaid amount shall bear interest at the annual rate of twenty-four percent (24%) as at the due date of payment.
Inspection and Repairs to property, its fixtures, appliances, furnishings, and facilities may be made by Landlord, its representative(s), or subcontractor(s), during the rental period. Tenant must allow access to the Property to Landlord, its representative(s), repairmen, and to other real estate agents and potential buyers upon reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Landlord will make every effort to schedule access to the Property so as to not unduly interfere with Tenant’s vacation, but Tenant understands that such access must be granted upon request.

The LESSEE shall permit the LESSOR or its authorised agents to enter upon the Scheduled Premises for inspection and carrying out repairs at reasonable business hours of operation in the day after 24 (Twenty Four) hours prior intimation to the LESSEE and in the presence of a representative of the LESSEE.
