Xxxxxxxxx Reporting. The Borrower will maintain a system of accounting established and administered in accordance with GAAP, and the Borrower (or the Servicer on its behalf) shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent:
Xxxxxxxxx Reporting a) Friends shall prepare or cause to have prepared, for each fiscal year that this Agreement is in force, annual Financial Statements prepared in accordance with GAAP, prepared by an Independent accountant with a recognized accounting body in the Province of Ontario. The annual Financial Statements shall be submitted to the Treasurer no later than six months after the end of the fiscal year.
Xxxxxxxxx Reporting. Within ten (10) days after Xxxxxxxx's request, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord such financial statements as are reasonably required by Landlord to verify the financial condition of Tenant and any guarantor of Tenant's obligations under this Lease, including a balance sheet showing the then-current net worth of Tenant and any guarantors, together with a profit and loss statement for Xxxxxx's most current fiscal year. Such statements must be certified to be correct by an executive officer of Tenant or an independent certified public accountant, and must be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. If Tenant is a subsidiary of another company that only conducts business at the Leased Premises, then Tenant must also provide such statements from the parent company or larger business of which Tenant is a part. If Tenant is an individual, then the financial statements must be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards for personal financial statements and include all assets and liabilities of the individual, including the operations conducted at the Leased Premises as well as all other business activities of Tenant. In lieu of financial statements for any individual, Landlord may require the individual's most recent federal income tax return.
Xxxxxxxxx Reporting. TXU’s CFO shall not have been employed by TXU’s outside auditor firm during the prior five years, and at every scheduled board meeting after quarter ends management will provide a report as to the company’s financial condition and prospects which will be noted in the minutes.

Xxxxxxxxx Reporting. From time to time, Tenant shall cause the following financial information to be delivered to Landlord, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, upon not less than ten days’ advance written notice from Landlord: (a) a current financial statement, including a balance sheet and a statement of income and expenses, for Tenant and Tenant’s financial statements for the previous two accounting years, (b) a similar current financial statement for any Guarantor(s) of this Lease and the Guarantor’s financial statements for the previous two accounting years, and (c) such other financial information pertaining to Tenant or any Guarantor as Landlord or any lender or purchaser may reasonably request. All financial statements shall be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied and, if such is the normal practice of Tenant, shall be audited by an independent certified public accountant. Tenant authorizes Landlord to obtain a credit report or credit history on Tenant from any credit reporting company from time to time without notice to Tenant.
Xxxxxxxxx Reporting. California Penal Code § 11166.5 stipulates an INSTRUCTOR of the CITY working with children is a Mandated Reporter. Prior to contracting with the CITY, California law requires that you sign a statement (Attachment D) verifying, acknowledging and agreeing that all agents, employees, volunteers and subcontractors have read and will comply with the provisions of the Mandated Reporter Law.
Xxxxxxxxx Reporting. 2.1.The Consortium shall maintain, and require that the Lead Center and, through such Lead Center, any Program Participants, maintain books, records, documents and other evidence in accordance with their respective usual accounting procedures to sufficiently substantiate, in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Fund Council, the use of (i) System Costs allocated to the Consortium and (ii) each CRP (regardless of funding source).
