Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Venue. All suits or actions related to this Agreement shall be filed and proceedings held in the State of Colorado and exclusive venue shall be in the City and County of Denver.
Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Venue. Merakey and School District agree that this Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute involving the Agreement shall be brought before the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County.
Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Venue. This Contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and the Parties agree that venue shall be in Los Angeles County, California.
Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Venue. This MOU shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the parties hereto agree that venue shall be in Marin County, California.
Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Venue. The laws of the State of California will govern the validity of this AGREEMENT, its interpretation and performance, and any other claims related to it. All legal actions arising out of this AGREEMENT shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alameda County, California and the parties hereto hereby waive inconvenience of forum as an objection or defense to such venue.
Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Venue. The parties agree that any Dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas or Collin County, Texas. The parties further agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas or Collin County, Texas, and agree to waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts. The parties agree to waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any right to a jury trial with respect to any Dispute. NEITHER CUSTOMER NOR NTT DATA WILL BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS BY OR AGAINST OTHER CUSTOMERS OR PURSUE ANY CLAIM AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF A CLASS ACTION OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY. NEITHER PARTY will be liable for OR ASSERT any claim more than ONE years after THE claim first arose.
Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Venue. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, for any question or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Due to the high costs and time involved in commercial litigation before a jury, the parties waive all right to a jury trial with respect to any and all issues in any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. If Customer is a governmental entity that cannot legally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, this section 11.D will be deemed to be deleted.
Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Venue. All suits, actions, or proceedings related to this Funding Agreement will be held in the State of Colorado and exclusive venue will be in the County of Boulder.
Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Venue. This MPA, except for the contents of Exhibit B, will be governed by the laws of Minnesota. Venue for all legal proceedings involving MMCAP Infuse arising out of this MPA, or breach thereof, will be in the state or federal court with competent jurisdiction in Xxxxxx County, Minnesota.
