NTT Data definition

NTT Data means Personal Data provided by NTT to the Supplier pursuant to the Agreement or which is otherwise Processed by the Supplier pursuant to the Agreement; and
NTT Data means, any data (a) provided or transmitted to Supplier or Supplier Personnel by or on behalf of NTT, (b) accessed, hosted or processed by Supplier or Supplier Personnel on behalf of NTT, or (c) created by Supplier or Supplier Personnel on behalf of NTT, in each case in connection with the provision of any Services. It shall include any data of NTT’s clients (as applicable) that is processed by Supplier in the course of performing the Services or is stored in or accessed through physical or virtual systems managed or controlled by Supplier as a result of the Goods or Services
NTT Data refers to the NTT DATA Canada, Inc. /NTT DATA BCU, Inc.;

Examples of NTT Data in a sentence

  • Supplier will (i) procure that such Supplier Personnel are informed of and comply with all applicable restrictions and requirements applicable to NTT Data, as set out in these T&Cs and applicable SOW and (ii) be fully responsible for any breach of such restrictions and requirements by Supplier Personnel.

  • Consistent with clause (d) of Part 2, Supplier agrees that NTT Data will remain the property of NTT.

  • As between Supplier and NTT, the following will remain the sole property of NTT and Supplier must return the same to NTT on completion of the Services or at NTT’s request, whichever is earlier: (i) all tools, materials, equipment supplied by or on behalf of NTT and (ii) all NTT Data, including Personal Data and Protected Data (as applicable).

  • Suppler will limit access to, and use of, NTT Data to only Supplier Personnel that need to access or use NTT Data to provision or support the Services.

  • To the extent any NTT Data accessed, used, processed, stored, hosted or transferred by Supplier in accordance with this Part 3 is Protected Data, the parties will enter into additional agreements reflecting the industry, jurisdiction or other specific compliance requirements with respect to such Protected Data.

  • Supplier is provided, during the term of the applicable SOW, a license to use NTT Data hereunder for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the Services.


More Definitions of NTT Data

NTT Data. SPAIN Pre-existing IP” means all technology and information, deliverables, methodologies, data, designs, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, user interfaces, templates, documentation, software, hardware, modules, development tools and other tangible or intangible technical material or information that NTT DATA SPAIN owns prior to the commencement of this Agreement or which it develops independent of any activities governed by this Agreement, and any derivatives, modifications or enhancements made to any such property.
NTT Data has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
NTT Data means NTT DATA Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its suppliers and licensors, or the NTT DATA Affiliate identified on your Solution Description or SOW and/or Order Form. Your purchase of the Cloud Solutions are solely for your internal business use and may not be resold.
NTT Data means the member of the NTT Ltd Group who receives products and/or services from the Vendor under the Vendor Agreement.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.
