Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.
Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.
Weighing and Scaling Costs Purchaser agrees to pay for all weighing costs for logs delivered regardless if logs are purchased on a weight or scale basis. In addition, Purchaser agrees to pay for all scaling costs for logs delivered on a scale basis. Purchaser also agrees to pay for all costs associated with the transmission and reporting of scale or weight data.
Stewards Each UNION shall have the right to designate a working journeyman as a xxxxxxx. The UNION shall notify the EMPLOYER in writing of the identity of their designated xxxxxxx. In addition to his work as an employee, the xxxxxxx shall have the right to receive, but not to solicit, complaints or grievances, and to discuss and assist in the adjustment of the same with the employee's appropriate supervisor. The EMPLOYER will not discriminate against the xxxxxxx in the proper performance of his union duties. The xxxxxxx shall not leave his work area without first notifying his appropriate supervisor or xxxxxxx as to his intent and the reason thereof, he can be reached, and the estimated time that he will be gone. Stewards shall not have the right to determine when overtime shall be worked or who shall work overtime. The EMPLOYER shall have the right to implement a system of written accountability of time spent by all stewards in the performance of their duties whenever they deem such action necessary. The presence or absence of the xxxxxxx shall not affect the work of the craft. The xxxxxxx, in addition to this work as a journeyman, will be permitted to perform during the work hours such of his normal UNION duties as cannot be performed at other times. The UNION agrees that such duties shall be performed as expeditiously as possible and the EMPLOYER agrees to allow the xxxxxxx a reasonable amount of time to perform such duties. The xxxxxxx shall receive his regular craft rate of pay. The xxxxxxx'x duties shall not include any matters relating to any supervisory function over which the EMPLOYER retains sole control. If a xxxxxxx violates any of the rules of this Article, or fails to work or competently perform work assignments, the EMPLOYER shall have the right to take whatever action deemed appropriate, including termination. The working xxxxxxx designated for one EMPLOYER has no authority with regard to the work of another EMPLOYER. If he should become involved in the affairs or disputes of another EMPLOYER, he will be subject to discharge. The EMPLOYER agrees to notify the UNION two (2) working days, confirmed in writing stating the cause, prior to termination of the working xxxxxxx except for a violation of work rules. The xxxxxxx shall be the last EMPLOYEE laid off provided he is qualified to perform the remaining work of the EMPLOYER.
Mowing a. Mowing height for Bahia turf shall be a uniform cut at three (3) inches and shall not be permitted to grow to more than four (4) inches. b. Turf shall be mowed once per (1) week from March 1 through October 31 and once every two (2) weeks from November 1 through February 28.
Packaging and Shipping All shipping containers shall be packed and packaged to: (i) ensure safe arrival to final destination; (ii) secure the lowest transportation costs;(iii) comply with requirements of common carriers; (iv) meet Buyer's written instructions; and (v) meet the requirements of all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
Load Shedding The systematic reduction of system demand by temporarily decreasing Load in response to a transmission system or area Capacity shortage, system instability, or voltage control considerations under the ISO OATT. Local Furnishing Bonds. Tax-exempt bonds issued by a Transmission Owner under an agreement between the Transmission Owner and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”), or its successor, or by a Transmission Owner itself, and pursuant to Section 142(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 142(f). Locality. A single LBMP Load Zone or set of adjacent LBMP Load Zones within one Transmission District within which a minimum level of Installed Capacity must be maintained. Local Reliability Rule. A Reliability Rule established by a Transmission Owner, and adopted by the NYSRC to meet specific reliability concerns in limited areas of the NYCA, including without limitation, special conditions and requirements applicable to nuclear plants and special requirements applicable to the New York City metropolitan area. Locational Based Marginal Pricing (“LBMP”). A pricing methodology under which the price of Energy at each location in the NYS Transmission System is equivalent to the cost to supply the next increment of Load at that location (i.e., the short-run marginal cost). The short-run marginal cost takes generation Bid Prices and the physical aspects of the NYS Transmission System into account. The short-run marginal cost also considers the impact of Out-of-Merit Generation (as measured by its Bid Price) resulting from the Congestion and Marginal Losses occurring on the NYS Transmission System which are associated with supplying an increment of Load. The term LBMP also means the price of Energy bought or sold in the LBMP Markets at a specific location.

First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums. b) Where a company is paying a bonus or premium(s) greater than set out above, it shall keep such policy in effect. c) Effective July 1, 1994, premiums for designated First Aid Tickets shall be: Xxxxx 0 - $0.85 per hour Xxxxx 0 - $0.50 per hour
System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
