Years of Experience Credit. 1. When the District hires a Teacher with previous teaching experience, the District shall place the newly-hired Teacher on a lane and step corresponding to his/her previous experience and education, but shall not grant more than five (5) years of experience credit unless additional credit is required by special circumstances, in which case the Administration will notify the CTC.
Years of Experience Credit. A teacher will be credited with a year of experience credit after the teacher completes one hundred twenty (120) days of contracted service during any one school year.
