Years of Service July 1, 2005 and Thereafter. A. This paragraph applies to all teachers. B. Each year beginning with the 2005/2006 school year, each teacher will receive a supplemental retirement pay contribution for completing a year of teaching experience in the South Xxxxxxxxxx Community School Corporation. This contribution will be made to the teacher's 401(a) plan account at the end of each school year. The amount of the contribution shall be as follows: (i) For a teacher who has completed twenty (20) or more years of teaching experience in South Xxxxxxxxxx Community School Corporation at the end of that school year: $140.00 (ii) For a teacher who has completed less than twenty (20) years but ten (10) or more years of teaching experience in South Xxxxxxxxxx Community School Corporation at the end of that school year: $100.00 (iii) For a teacher who has completed less than ten (10) years of teaching experience in South Xxxxxxxxxx Community School Corporation at the end of that school year: $60.00 C. The amount determined in B will be deposited into a 401(a) plan account for the eligible teacher on or before June 30 of the school year. D. This 401(a) account will vest at the later of: (i) The completion of twelve years of service in the South Xxxxxxxxxx Community School Corporation (these years need not be consecutive); or (ii) Attainment of age 55 plus TRF service and age equal to 85 or more, attainment of age 60 plus completion of 15 years of TRF service, or attainment of age 65 and completion of 10 years of TRF service. E. The 401(a) account will 100% vest if the teacher dies while actively employed at South Xxxxxxxxxx Community School Corporation after having completed five or more years of teaching experience at South Xxxxxxxxxx Community School Corporation.

  • Years of Service A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

  • Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]

  • Variation of period of parental leave Unless agreed otherwise between the employer and employee, an employee may apply to their employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change to be notified at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the changed arrangements.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an Employee's vacation period, she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the Employee.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Form B - Contractor’s Annual Employment Report Throughout the term of the Contract by May 15th of each year the Contractor agrees to report the following information to the State Agency awarding the Contract, or if the Contractor has provided Contract Employees pursuant to an OGS centralized Contract, such report must be made to the State Agency purchasing from such Contract. For each covered consultant Contract in effect at any time between the preceding April 1st through March 31st fiscal year or for the period of time such Contract was in effect during such prior State fiscal year Contractor reports the: 1. Total number of Employees employed to provide the consultant services, by employment category. 2. Total number of hours worked by such Employees.

  • Commencement of Services The Services will be commenced immediately upon receipt of the signed Proposal (the “Agreement”). If after commencement of the Services, the Project is delayed for any reason beyond Xxxxxxxxx’x control for more than 60 days, the terms and conditions contained herein will be subject to revision by Xxxxxxxxx. Subsequent modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties to the Agreement.

  • NO EXPECTATION OF CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT BEYOND TERM OF CONTRACT Neither this contract nor any Board Policy, rule or evaluation procedure shall confer upon the Employee continued employment beyond the term provided in this contract.
