YOUR MONTHLY REPAYMENTS. 2.1 We’ll provide you with a monthly statement, unless there hasn’t been any activity on your account during that period, and the balance is nil. Each month, you must repay at least sample% of the amount you owe us, or £5, whichever is more, plus any amount you owe that is more than your credit limit. If the amount you owe is less than £5, you must pay the full amount. 2.2 Each statement will show the date by which you must make that month’s payment. You may want to set a more convenient monthly payment date. If you would like to do this please call us. You can always pay more than your minimum payment. You have the right to repay all or part of the credit early at any time. Your statement shows the ways that you can make payments to us. 2.3 If you do not pay off the full outstanding balance each month, we will use any payments that you make to us to pay off the transactions that appear on your statements starting with those transactions on which we charge the highest rate of interest. We’ll then pay off transactions charged at the next highest rate and so on down to the lowest rate of interest. If the payment you make is not enough to pay off all of the transactions at a particular interest rate then we’ll pay off the transactions in the following order: a. cash advances; b. purchases; c. money transfers; d. balance transfers; and e. default sums. 2.4 If you pay more than the amount shown on your statement then we’ll use any remaining amount(s) to pay off transactions that haven’t yet appeared on your statement in the same order as those that do appear on your statement. In this condition, ‘transaction’ includes the amount of the purchase, cash advance, default sum, money transfer or balance transfer plus any interest, or fees charged as a result of that transaction. For example, a cash advance fee is included as part of a cash transaction.

If you miss a repayment or fail to comply with the terms of the Agreement, the default charges set out below and in our terms and conditions may apply. We will charge you £15 for each late or missed payment. We will add these charges to the outstanding Loan Amount but we will not charge interest on this fee. Interest on the outstanding Total Amount Payable will continue to accrue daily at the Interest Rate of <INTEREST RATE (PER ANNUM)>%. Missing payments could have severe consequences, including the possibility of legal proceedings being brought against you, and may result in Credit Reference Agencies being notified, which could make obtaining credit more difficult. We may terminate the Agreement, and you may also have to pay the unpaid balance of the Total Amount Payable early. If we take legal proceedings against you, we may apply to enforce any judgment that is made in a number of ways, including getting a charging order against your home. This could lead to your home being repossessed and sold.

  • Termination; Advance Payments Upon termination of this Lease pursuant to Paragraph 6.2(g) or Paragraph 9, an equitable adjustment shall be made concerning advance Base Rent and any other advance payments made by Lessee to Lessor. Lessor shall, in addition, return to Lessee so much of Lessee's Security Deposit as has not been, or is not then required to be, used by Lessor.

  • Early Repayment The borrower is entitled to repay the loan including accumulated interest in one lump sum at any time, including before the end of the term of the loan. A prepayment penalty shall not be due. The lender is entitled to recall the loan effective immediately, if the borrowers’ financial circumstances deteriorate considerably, thus putting the claim of repayment at risk.

  • Advance Payments The Employer agrees to issue advance payments of estimated net salary for vacation periods of two (2) or more complete weeks, providing a written request for such advance payment is received from the employee at least six (6) weeks prior to the last pay before the employee’s vacation period commences, and providing the employee has been authorized to proceed on vacation leave for the period concerned. Pay in advance of going on vacation shall be made prior to departure. Any overpayment in respect of such pay advances shall be an immediate first charge against any subsequent pay entitlement and shall be recovered in full prior to any further payment of salary.

  • Termination; Repayment The Revolving Line terminates on the Revolving Line Maturity Date, when the principal amount of all Advances, the unpaid interest thereon, and all other Obligations relating to the Revolving Line shall be immediately due and payable.

  • Mandatory Repayments (a) On any day on which the sum of (I) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Loans (after giving effect to all other repayments thereof on such date), (II) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Swingline Loans (after giving effect to all other repayments thereof on such date) and (III) the aggregate amount of all Letter of Credit Outstandings, exceeds the Total Commitment as then in effect, the Borrower shall prepay on such day the principal of Swingline Loans and, after all Swingline Loans have been repaid in full or no Swingline Loans are outstanding, Revolving Loans in an amount equal to such excess. If, after giving effect to the prepayment of all outstanding Swingline Loans and Revolving Loans, the aggregate amount of the Letter of Credit Outstandings exceeds the Total Commitment as then in effect, the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent at the Payment Office on such day an amount of cash equal to the amount of such excess (up to a maximum amount equal to the Letter of Credit Outstandings at such time), such cash to be held as security for all obligations of the Borrower to the Issuing Lender and the Lenders hereunder in a cash collateral account to be established by the Administrative Agent. (b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or in any other Credit Document, (i) all then outstanding Revolving Loans shall be repaid in full on the Maturity Date, (ii) all then outstanding Swingline Loans shall be repaid in full on the Swingline Expiry Date and (iii) all then outstanding Loans shall be repaid in full on the date on which a Change of Control occurs. (c) On any day on which the Asset Coverage Ratio is less than 2.00:1.00 (based on the most recently delivered Valuation Certificate, subject to adjustments contemplated by Section 8.01(j)), the Borrower shall prepay principal of outstanding Loans and/or cash collateralize outstanding Letters of Credit, in accordance with the immediately following sentence, in an aggregate amount necessary to increase the Asset Coverage Ratio to at least 2.00:1.

  • Repayments of Provider Advances (a) Amounts advanced hereunder in respect of a Provider Advance shall be deposited in the Class A Cash Collateral Account and invested and withdrawn from the Class A Cash Collateral Account as set forth in Sections 3.05(c), 3.05(d), 3.05(e) and 3.05(f) of the Intercreditor Agreement. Subject to Sections 2.07 and 2.09, the Borrower agrees to pay to the Liquidity Provider, on each Regular Distribution Date, commencing on the first Regular Distribution Date after the making of a Provider Advance, interest on the principal amount of any such Provider Advance, in the amounts determined as provided in Section 3.07; provided, however, that amounts in respect of a Provider Advance withdrawn from the Class A Cash Collateral Account for the purpose of paying interest on the Class A Certificates in accordance with Section 3.05(f) of the Intercreditor Agreement (the amount of any such withdrawal being (y), in the case of a Downgrade Advance, an “Applied Downgrade Advance” and (z) in the case of a Non-Extension Advance, an “Applied Non-Extension Advance” and together with an Applied Downgrade Advance, an “Applied Provider Advance”) shall thereafter (subject to Section 2.06(b)) be treated as an Interest Advance under this Agreement for purposes of determining the Applicable Liquidity Rate for interest payable thereon; provided, further, however, that if, following the making of a Provider Advance, the Liquidity Provider delivers a Termination Notice to the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.01(a), such Provider Advance shall thereafter be treated as a Final Advance under this Agreement for purposes of determining the Applicable Liquidity Rate for interest payable thereon. Subject to Sections 2.07 and 2.09, immediately upon the withdrawal of any amounts from the Class A Cash Collateral Account on account of a reduction in the Required Amount, the Borrower shall repay to the Liquidity Provider a portion of the Provider Advances in a principal amount equal to such reduction, plus interest on the principal amount so repaid as provided in Section 3.07.

  • Notification of Advances, Interest Rates, Prepayments and Commitment Reductions Promptly after receipt thereof, the Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each Aggregate Commitment reduction notice, Borrowing Notice, Conversion/Continuation Notice, and repayment notice received by it hereunder. The Agent will notify each Lender of the interest rate applicable to each Eurodollar Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate and will give each Lender prompt notice of each change in the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Optional Repayments The Borrower may at any time and from time to time repay the Revolving Credit Loans, in whole or in part, upon at least three (3) Business Days' irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans and one (1) Business Day's irrevocable notice with respect to Base Rate Loans, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D (a "Notice of Prepayment") specifying the date and amount of repayment and whether the repayment is of LIBOR Rate Loans, Base Rate Loans, or a combination thereof, and, if of a combination thereof, the amount allocable to each. Upon receipt of such notice, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender. If any such notice is given, the amount specified in such notice shall be due and payable on the date set forth in such notice. Partial repayments shall be in an aggregate amount of $1,000,000 or a whole multiple of $250,000 in excess thereof with respect to Base Rate Loans and $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans.

  • Monthly Disbursements On or before the fifth (5th) day of each calendar month, during the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements (or such other date as Landlord may designate), Tenant shall deliver to Landlord: (i) a request for reimbursement of amounts paid to the “Contractor,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1.1 of this Tenant Work Letter, approved by Tenant, in a commercially reasonable form to be provided by Landlord, showing the schedule, by trade, of percentage of completion of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises, detailing the portion of the work completed and the portion not completed; (ii) invoices from all of “Tenant’s Agents,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1.2 of this Tenant Work Letter, for labor rendered and materials for the Premises; (iii) executed mechanic’s lien releases, as applicable, from all of Tenant’s Agents which shall comply with the appropriate provisions, as reasonably determined by Landlord, of California Civil Code Section 3262(d); and (iv) all other information reasonably requested by Landlord. Tenant’s request for payment shall be deemed Tenant’s acceptance and approval of the work furnished and/or the materials supplied as set forth in Tenant’s payment request. Within forty-five (45) days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver a check to Tenant made payable to Tenant in payment of the lesser of: (A) the amounts so requested by “tenant as set forth in this Section 2.2.3.1, above (or, subject to the terms of Section 4.2.1, below, a percentage thereof), and (B) the balance of any remaining available portion of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, provided that Landlord does not dispute any request for payment based on non-compliance of any work with the “Approved Working Drawings,” as that term is defined in Section 3.5 below, or due to any substandard work. Landlord’s payment of such amounts shall not be deemed Landlord’s approval or acceptance of the work furnished or materials supplied as set forth in Tenant’s payment request.
