Προστασία. Αναγνωρίζεται ότι το Λογισμικό περιέχει πολύτιμες ιδιοταγείς και εμπιστευτικές πληροφορίες της Kodak Alaris και/ή των αδειοδοτών της. Συνεπώς, συμφωνείτε: i. ότι θα χρησιμοποιήσετε το Λογισμικό μόνο για τους περιορισμένους σκοπούς για τους οποίους σας εξουσιοδοτεί η άδεια που χορηγείται με το παρόν έγγραφο και ότι θα επιτρέψετε να έχουν πρόσβαση στο Λογισμικό μόνο δικοί σας υπάλληλοι, αντιπρόσωποι, σύμβουλοι και ανεξάρτητοι εργολάβοι που εμπλέκονται άμεσα στην υλοποίηση των εν λόγω σκοπών∙ ii. ότι δεν θα αντιγράψετε το Λογισμικό παρά μόνο εφόσον ζητήσετε και πάρετε γραπτή εξουσιοδότηση της Kodak Alaris οπότε και θα συμπεριλάβετε σε όλα τα εν λόγω εξουσιοδοτημένα αντίγραφα κάθε καθορισμένο και ζητούμενο πνευματικό δικαίωμα, εμπορικό σήμα και γνωστοποίηση περί ιδιοταγών πληροφοριών της Kodak Alaris και/ή των αδειοδοτών της∙ iii. ότι θα προστατέψετε με οιονδήποτε άλλο τρόπο το Λογισμικό από δημοσιοποίηση εφαρμόζοντας τουλάχιστον το ίδιο επίπεδο ασφάλειας με αυτό που χρησιμοποιείτε για να προστατέψετε τις δικές σας εμπιστευτικές ή ιδιοταγείς πληροφορίες∙ iv. ότι όλα τα αντίγραφα του Λογισμικού ανά πάσα στιγμή και σε οιαδήποτε μορφή θα φυλάσσονται πάντα σε ασφαλή χώρο∙

  • Grant Regulations; Definitions Section 1.01.
