ПРЕДМЕТ ПОПРАВКИ. 2.1. Через наступні причини: відмінності між реальним станом студентського гуртожитку, яке було виявлено під час виконання роботи і стану студентського гуртожитку, яке було прийнято до уваги, коли була підготовлена проектна документація і був підписаний контракт, зміни в проектній документації, викликані одержувачем результатів проекту / авторського нагляду та користувачем об'єкта (одна організація), Постачальник та XXX домовились про зміну в роботі договору, необхідної для успішного завершення роботи. Постачальник та XXX також домовились про зміну договірної ціни, віддзеркалюваної у вище взаємоузгоджених змінах. Додаток № 1 - Розрахунок вартості – Додаток № 2 - Технічна специфікація робіт – Додаток № 3 - Технічні креслення – вибрані деталі формують невід'ємну частиною цієї поправки.

ПРЕДМЕТ ПОПРАВКИ. Because of the differences between real state of the building which were detected during performance of the work and state of the building which was taken into consideration when entering into the contract, the Supplier and the CzDA have agreed on changes in contracted work necessary for successful reconstruction of the building. Annex No. 1. - Xxxx of Quantitites – summarization and Annex No. 2 – Xxxx of Quantities – detailed part form inseparable part of this amendment.

Because of the differences between real state of the kindergarten complex which was detected during performance of the work and state of the kindergarten complex which was taken into consideration when entering into the contract, the Supplier and the CzDA have agreed on changes in contracted work necessary for successful reconstruction. The Supplier and the CzDA have also agreed on change of the contracted price reflecting above mutually agreed changes. Annex No. 1. - Xxxx of Quantitites forms inseparable part of this amendment. Постачальник і ЧАР також домовилися про зміну договірної ціни, що відображають вище взаємно узгоджених змін.Додаток № 1. - Обсяг робіт - становить невід´ємну частину цієї поправки. Based on the mutual agreement of the Supplier and the CzDA the Annex No. 1. Xxxx of Quantities of this amendment replaces in full extent Annex No. 2 – Xxxx of Quantities of the contract. На підставі На підставі взаємної згоди Постачальника і ЧАР Додаток № 1 - Обсяг робіт цієї поправки замінює в повному обсязі Додаток № 2 - Обсяг робіт договору. Provisions of the Article 2.1. of the contract changes as follows: The CzDA shall reimburse the Supplier for performance of the work in the amount of 69 162,42 EUR (including VAT) (hereafter ,,price“). The price is final and shall not be increased even in case of additional costs. The price shall be paid in parts reflecting single phases of performance of the work according to this contract. The CzDA undertakes to provide the Supplier with an advance payment in the amount stated below. All payments shall be done based on the proper requests of payment of the Supplier. Phase Payment amount Advance payment 30% of the price Payment no. 1 - Will take place after a reported completion of demolition work. Supplier will arrange a control day where the Supplier shall submit the current status of completion and demolition work statement. In accordance with agreement made with CzDA during this control day, the Supplier will issue an invoice in the amount of up to 30 % of the contracted amount. Max. 30% of the price

The Supplier and the CzDA have also agreed on change of the contracted price reflecting above mutually agreed changes. Annex No. 1 - Xxxx of Quantity, Annex No. 2 – Technical drawings of selected details and Annex No. 3 – Update of the technical specification of the works – selected parts form inseparable part of this amendment. The Supplier and the CzDA have also agreed on change of the contracted time schedule of the project activities reflecting above mutually agreed change. Annex No. 1 – Time schedule forms inseparable part of this amendment. Через непридатні погодні умови не дозволяючі зовнішні роботи на даху, Постачальник та ЧАР домовились про зміну в договірному періоду, необхідному про успішне виконання реконструкції даху. Постачальник та ЧАР також погодились про зміни в договірному графіку проектних робіт, відображених у вище вказаних взаємоузгоджених змінах.
