Contracted Work. 10.1 The Employer and the Union agree that bargaining unit employees will have priority assignment to all maintenance and custodial work performed in the District with operational funds.
10.2 In the event of specific time constraints and/or emergencies, the Employer may supplement the existing work force by using contracted services on an “as needed” basis only. At no time will the use of contracted services result in the reduction or lay-off of bargaining unit employees.
Contracted Work. 1. The Contractor will carry out the Work specified in Appendix 1 in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 1 of this Agreement.

Effective upon the signing of this contract, the College agrees that prior to contracting with a firm to perform work that might be performed bv a bargaining unit employee outside of the normal work week: it must first offer bargaining unit employees the option to work outside of the normal work week. Such work will be compensated as set forth in Article 19. In the event contracted work is offered to a bargaining unit member, it is hereby agreed that this work will be performed in a timely manner.

Contracted Work. If a contractor is hired for Snow Removal work, Allouez will provide a written agreement between said contractor and Allouez for final approval by the County. The Xxxxx County Park Director, or designee, must approve the use of said contractor and terms set forth within the aforementioned agreement before the contractor may commence any work hereunder.
Contracted Work. Errors and Omissions 1) Errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities or omissions discovered by the Contractor shall be reported as a written Request for Information to the Agency immediately prior to the execution of Work.
Contracted Work. Section 20.01 The Employer may contract out work as long as such contracting out does not result in either layoff or part-timing of employees.
Section 20.02 Non-bargaining personnel within the Electrical and Public Works Departments shall not be permitted to perform any work on any established bargaining unit job within their Department except in the following situations: (1) in case of emergency, including during any declared snow emergency; (2) for purposes of instruction or training of an employee; (3) in testing or demonstrating new equipment, methods, operations or processes; and (4) whenever employees covered by this Agreement and qualified to perform the work are unavailable for the work.
Contracted Work. It shall be the District's policy that all of its usual and customary work shall be done by its regular forces, and so to manage, control and allocate its work, seasonal and climatic conditions permitting, as to reduce to a minimum layoffs and reductions of job opportunities of its forces. To that end, the District will endeavor in good faith not to contract out work usually and customarily performed by its regular employees at a time when such work can be performed by them; it is mutually recognized, however, that from time to time circumstances will require that the District contract out certain work; and, the District therefore reserves that right.
