ЦЕНА АРЕНДЫ И ПЛАТЕЖИ. 3.1 Стороны договорились что сумма платы за длительную аренду на срок, ( составляющий равна тридцать (30) лет начиная с Даты Регистрации ("Срок Аренды") Тайских Батов Тайских Батов ровно) (“ЦЕНА АРЕНДЫ”), и включает плату за два (2) продления срока аренды на тридцать (30) лет каждое: - Первое Продление Срока Аренды как указ. в п. 2.2 равную 0 Тайских Батов (ноль Тайских Батов ровно) - Второе Продление Срока Аренды как указ. в п. 2.3 равную 0 Тайских Батов (ноль Тайских Батов ровно) Кондоминиум в данный момент находится в стадии строительства и если по окончании строительства будет обнаружено, что общая площадь “Арендуемой Недвижимости”, указанной в пункте 2, выше или ниже указанной в данном договоре, обе стороны согласны пересчитать Стоимость Аренды в сторону увеличения или уменьшения, исходя из цены аренды за квартиры, указанную в данном пункте договора и Цена Аренды квартиры и сумма Последнего Платежа должны быть соответственно увеличены или уменьшены на сумму равную этой арендной стоимости, но с максимально допустимой разницей 15% от изначально запланированной площади.   • Account Security You are solely responsible for managing and maintaining the security of your Login Credentials and any other forms of authentication, and you understand and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, we are not responsible (and you will not hold us responsible) for any unauthorized access to and or use of your Login Credentials and/or Account (“Unauthorized Access”).   • Report-In Pay An employee who reports to work on a regularly scheduled workday without previous notice not to report shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours work or four (4) hours pay in lieu thereof at the applicable hourly rate.

  • Default in Payment Any payment not made within ten (10) business days after it is due in accordance with this Agreement shall thereafter bear interest, compounded annually, at the prime rate in effect from time to time at Citibank, N.A., or any successor thereto. Such interest shall be payable at the same time as the corresponding payment is payable.

  • ALL-IN PAYMENTS It is agreed all-in payments breach the award and this Agreement. All-in payments to employees will not be made. Where it is alleged all-in payments are being made, the provisions of the VBIA shall apply.

  • Securities Purchased in Part Any Security which is to be purchased only in part shall be surrendered at the office of the Paying Agent (with, if the Company or the Trustee so requires, due endorsement by, or a written instrument of transfer in form satisfactory to the Company and the Trustee duly executed by, the Holder thereof or such Holder's attorney duly authorized in writing) and the Company shall execute and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver to the Holder of such Security, without service charge, a new Security or Securities, of any authorized denomination as requested by such Holder in aggregate Principal Amount at Maturity equal to, and in exchange for, the portion of the Principal Amount at Maturity of the Security so surrendered which is not purchased.

  • Disposition in Whole But Not in Part The Certificate may be transferred in whole but not in part. Any attempted transfer of the Certificate that would divide the ownership of the Owner Trust Estate shall be void. The Owner Trustee shall cause any Certificate issued to contain a legend stating “THIS CERTIFICATE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, EXCEPT UNDER THE LIMITED CONDITIONS SPECIFIED IN THE TRUST AGREEMENT.”

  • Securities Redeemed or Purchased in Part Upon surrender to the Paying Agent of a Security to be redeemed in part, the Company shall execute and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver to the Holder of such Security without service charge a new Security or Securities, of the same series and of any authorized denomination as requested by such Holder in aggregate principal amount equal to, and in exchange for, the unredeemed portion of the principal of the Security so surrendered that is not redeemed.

  • No partnership or agency Nothing in this agreement is intended to or shall operate to create a partnership between the parties, or authorise either party to act as agent for the other, and neither party shall have the authority to act in the name or on behalf of or otherwise to bind the other in any way (including, but not limited to, the making of any representation or warranty, the assumption of any obligation or liability and the exercise of any right or power).

  • Unclaimed Money or Securities The Trustee and the Paying Agent shall return to the Company upon written request any money or securities held by them for the payment of any amount with respect to the Securities that remains unclaimed for two years, subject to applicable unclaimed property laws. After return to the Company, Holders entitled to the money or securities must look to the Company for payment as general creditors unless an applicable abandoned property law designates another person.

  • Ownership of Assets The Company and its subsidiaries have good and marketable title to all property (whether real or personal) described in the Registration Statement, in the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and in the Prospectus as being owned by them, in each case free and clear of all liens, claims, security interests, other encumbrances or defects except such as are described in the Registration Statement, in the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and in the Prospectus. The property held under lease by the Company and its subsidiaries is held by them under valid, subsisting and enforceable leases with only such exceptions with respect to any particular lease as do not interfere in any material respect with the conduct of the business of the Company or its subsidiaries.
