Force Majeure 17.1 Neither Party shall be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under this Lease where such delay or failure to perform is a result of an event of Force Majeure. Lease Registration. Upon request by the Board, each of the WFOE, the Domestic Company and the Domestic Company’s Subsidiaries shall, and the Warrantors shall cause the WFOE, the Domestic Company and the Domestic Company’s Subsidiaries to, register each of their lease agreements with applicable housing administrative authorities and deliver the written evidence thereof to the Series F Investors.

Upon entering into this Agreement, both parties shall register the lease in accordance with the filing procedures of the local property registration authorty (hereinafter referred to as the "Registry"). This Agreement shall come into force on the date when the lease is registered with the Registry. Costs in connection with the registration of the lease shall be borne by the Lessee.
