RECITALS. The Parties have entered into this Agreement whose purpose is to provide de minimis aid in the form of financial aid (hereinafter only as the “Aid”) to the Beneficiary on the basis of the Application for Providing the Aid and the Support (hereinafter only as the “Application”) approved by the Provider and to provide the support in the form of financial support (hereinafter only as the “Support”) to the Partner. The Provider is the body responsible for transparent evaluation of applications based on the scheme published in the Commercial Journal No. 246/2018 of 21 December 2018.
RECITALS. 1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") of Polygon SINGING ROCK s.r.o., with registered office at Poniklá 317, 514 01 Poniklá, Company ID: 03741044, incorporated in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Insert 36256 (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") govern the mutual rights and obligations of the parties arising in connection with or on the basis of the contract for the provision of services (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") concluded between the Provider and another natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") through the Provider's booking system operated on the website at the Internet address xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xx (hereinafter referred to as the "Booking System"). Information about the services offered is available on the Provider's website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xx (hereinafter referred to as the "Main Website").
1.2. Provisions deviating from these Terms and Conditions may be agreed in the Contract. Deviating arrangements in the Contract take precedence over the provisions in the Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The provisions of the Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Contract. The Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Czech and English. The Contract can be concluded in both Czech and English.
1.4. The Provider may change or supplement the Terms and Conditions. This provision does not affect the rights and obligations arising during the period of effectiveness of the previous version of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of conclusion of the Contract.
RECITALS. 1. These General Terms and Conditions (the “GTCs”) regulate the rights and obligations with respect to personal data (“PD”) processing by external entities arising from a pre-contractual and/or contractual relationship with MARKÍZA – SLOVAKIA, spol. s r.o., with its registered office at Xxxxxxxxxxxx 0/x, 000 00 Xxxxxxxxxx, ID No.: 31 444 873, registered in the Business Register of the Bratislava I District Court, Section: Sro, File No. 12330/B (“MS”), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection (the “PDPA”) and the related legal regulations, and represents an agreement between MS as a data controller and an external entity as a data processor according to Article 28 of the GDPR. For the avoidance of any doubt, a contractual relationship between MS and a respective external entity may also be based on an agreement in a form other than written.
RECITALS. Whereas: UM has been awarded by the CE with a grant for the action entitled “ImageInLife” with Grant Agreement n°721537. In addition, the partners of ImageInLife concluded the Consortium Agreement n°160889 in order to specify with respect to the Project the relationship among the Parties, in particular concerning the organisation of the work between the Parties, the management of the Project and the rights and obligations of the Parties concerning inter alia liability, Access Rights and dispute resolution. According to article 7.2.2.3 of the Consortium Agreement, the Research, Training and Network Costs centralised by the Coordinator should be redistributed to the Parties in charge of organising and hosting network events, short-courses and workshops. The STUBA organises a Midterm review meeting of the project which is an important milestone of the action. This meeting will gather all the actors of the project including European Commission’s representatives. It will also include two workshops on transferable skills for project’s fellows. The whole meeting starts on 18th February and ends on 23rd February 2019 and it will take place in STUBA locations. The Parties agree to enter into this fund transfer agreement, together with its appendixes (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") in order to transfer the budget related to this meeting organisation.
RECITALS. WHEREAS, WR manufactures and licenses Computer software and documentation in the form of Products; and
RECITALS. 1. The Donor is implementing a residential project in the municipality Slaný, cadastral area Kvíc, known under the marketing title “Slaný Verde” (hereinafter as the “Project”). The Project includes construction of apartment buildings and vila houses of units of a smaller size (usually 1kk and 2kk) which shall be implemented gradually in the following phases: a/ Project phase with a working title “Riverside 2” – the building permit file No. MUSLANY/27757/2021/SÚ issued on June 1, 2021;

Whereas, Aid Provider is the central state administration authority for management, coordination and supervision over the use of money from the European Union funds for the field of informatization of the society and management of investments. From the viewpoint of management of investments, Aid Provider finds it important to provide aid to development of investment environment, in particular aid and support to innovative projects using hybrid models of financing. Aid Provider supports experimental development and innovation in the Slovak Republic in order to increase the innovative capability of Slovak enterprises. Aid Provider is interested, through public- private partnerships, to encourage companies to start their own innovative potential. Aid Provider is also interested in extablishing contacts in experimental development and innovations between grant recipients and advanced domestic or foreign technology partner companies, thereby significantly contributing to the internationalization of Slovak innovative experimental development projects using hybrid financing models. Whereas, Support Provider is an institution providing at least twelve-week intensive acceleration program (hereinafter only as the “Program”) for Eligible Beneficiary dealing with projects of experimental development and research using hybrid financing models that can receive the non-financial support,

This Agreem ent sets forth the terms and conditions between the parties concerning the provision by Xx Xxxxxxx Open to the Slovak Journal of Civil Engineering ("Journal") o f an online submission system as more fully described herein, contracted by Xx Xxxxxxx Open from a provider o f such a system ("System Provider").

Whereas the European Institute of Innovation and Technology ("the EIT") has been established to complement existing European Union and national policies and initiatives, by fostering the integration of the knowledge triangle — higher education, research and innovation — across the European Union; Whereas the EIT on the one hand and the KIC LE on the other hand have entered into a Partnership Agreement effective as from January 1, 2021 (“PA”), laying down the general terms and conditions under which KIC EIT Digital must operate as an Institutionalised European Partnership; Whereas the KIC LE has entered into the (Model) Grant Agreement (“(M)GA”) with the EIT, laying down the provisions concerning the implementation of the KIC Business Plan through grants; Whereas the (M)GA for 2021 will be extended by EIT for the year 2022 through an amendment and the EIT has awarded a grant for the calendar year 2022 (“Relevant Year,”), hereinafter “the Grant”, to the KIC LE in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the (M)GA; Whereas the Beneficiary, if it is a Member, has become or has the firm intention to become a party to (M)GA as a “KIC Partner” through its signature of the accession form as provided for in article 40 and annex 3 to the (M)GA; Whereas the Beneficiary, if it is an Affiliated Entity, has been listed in article 8 of the (M)GA and may in this capacity implement action tasks as provided for in the (M)GA; Whereas the Beneficiary, if it is an External Partner, has, as EIT KIC Partner become or has the firm intention to become a party to the (M)GA as a “KIC Partner” through its signature of the accession form, in the form as provided for in article 40 and annex 3 to the (M)GA; Whereas the PA, and the (M)GA arrange various rights and obligations between the EIT and the KIC LE, and respectively the EIT, the KIC LE and the KIC Partners, in relation to the general terms and conditions under which the KIC EIT Digital must operation as an Institutionalised European Partnership and respectively the implementation of the KIC Business Plan through grants. The KIC Added Value Activities as defined hereafter form the basis for the KIC business plan with respect to the Relevant Year, as approved by KIC LE in accordance with its Statutes and By-Laws and by EIT (“the Business Plan”), and attached to the (M)GA.
