Common use of Governing Law and Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. 9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply hereto. 9.2 In the event that the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in the Federal Republic of Germany or if he relocates his registered office or normal place of residence abroad after entering into the contract, the place of resi- dence of the photographer is agreed as being the place of jurisdiction.
