OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT. 3.1. The Client shall provide to HR-Office in a timely manner all information and documents necessary for HR-Office to render the agreed services. 3.2. The Client shall be solely responsible for the evaluation and assessment of the professional education and qualifications of the Candidates introduced by HR-Office and shall verify the suitability of the Candidates’ qualifications.
