Prizes. 4.1 Among all Participants a Boey-FC Bayern Home shirt 23/24 signed by Xxxxxxxx will be raffled (hereinafter “Prize”). A cash payment of the Prize value or an exchange of the Prize is excluded. The claim to the Prize is not transferable.
4.2 Any pictorial or verbal presentation of the Prize in the FCB competition description is not necessarily identical with the item won. There may be deviations, in particular in the model, colour and features etc. FCB or its Cooperating Partner or the Prize Sponsor can select an item of average kind and quality of equivalent value to the item described as the Prize. If the prize involves an interaction with a natural person (e.g. meeting or video call with a FCB Player), FCB can replace this person with another person comparable to him or her.
4.3 The material Prize will be delivered to the winner free of charge.
4.4 Material Prizes and Prize gift vouchers will be delivered directly by the Prize Sponsor or a third party contracted by it to the address provided by the Winner. Delivery is generally made 4 (four) weeks after receipt of notification of the win. This period, however, is not binding and can be reasonably extended in the circumstances.
4.5 Material Prizes will not be paid in cash. If the Prize is no longer available, the Winner will receive a replacement of equal value or voucher from FCB or the relevant Prize Sponsor.
4.6 In the case of location-based Prizes, the winner must bear the costs of travel to and from the relevant location, unless this is expressly stated otherwise within the scope of the Competition.
4.7 In the case of scheduled Prizes, the timely delivery of the Prize does not constitute a main service of FCB .
Prizes. In the GOLD pot: 3 × 365 Action ALPIN CARD annual passes for 2024/25 • In the SILVER pot: 3 × Ski ALPIN CARD winter season passes for 2024/25 • In the BRONZE pot: 10 × 2 Ski ALPIN CARD single-day ski tickets for 2024/25 In the event of a violation of the participation conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the relevant individuals from the promotion. Individuals who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. In such cases, prizes awarded may be retrospectively revoked. It is explicitly stated that individuals who do not behave in accordance with the rules in the ski areas are excluded from participation. We strongly urge all participants not to endanger themselves and others while completing the Trophy! The Organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in data transmission, disruptions in technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, and viruses. The Organizer assumes no liability for damages of any kind.
Prizes. The prize will be awarded as described in the competition advertising. The Organiser shall be deemed not to be responsible for organisation of the prize weekend. Travel costs to and from the me and all hotel will also not be borne by the organiser. Start of the facebook page competition is on 16th November 2019. Immediately after the closing date (closing date is 24th November 2019 / 7:59pm) for entries on 24th November 2019, the winners will be drawn at random from all entries received. There will be no right of recourse to law. The winners will be notified by means of a Facebook post or by e-mail. When a winner or winners fail to respond within a period of two weeks and after two reminders the prize may be awarded to another entrant. Award of other goods and/or services in lieu of the prize and payment of the prize in cash are excluded.
Prizes. There will be three (3) prizes awarded as part of the Prize Draw and these will be awarded in accordance with the section named “The method for awarding” above.
