Common use of Service Agreements Clause in Contracts

Service Agreements. Dell may provide Services, Software, or Deliverables to you in accordance with one or more "Service Agreements". "Service Agreements" are service contracts, including "Service Descriptions" available at xxx.Xxxx.xxx/XxxxxxxXxxxxxxxx, "Statements of Work ," and any other such mutually agreed upon documents. Each Service Agreement will be interpreted as a single agreement, independent of any other Service Agreement, so that all of the provisions are given as full effect as possible.
