Term; Auto-Renewal; Termination. a. Term; Auto-Renewal. This Agreement commences on the date you place your order and continues until all Services and Software licenses have expired or been terminated. Each Service and license to Software will continue for the term stated in the Service Agreement, unless otherwise terminated.
