Redemption Date-Definition

Redemption Date has the meaning as defined in § 7 (4). „Put Ausübungserklärung“ hat die diesem Begriff in § 7 (2) (c) zugewiesene Bedeutung. “Put Notice” has the meaning as defined in § 7 (2) (c).
Redemption Date means in case of § 5(b) and § 5(c) the date fixed for redemption in the Issuer's notice in accordance with § 5(b) or § 5(c), which must be a Business Day.

Examples of Redemption Date in a sentence

  • Early Redemp- tion Amount means 100% of the outstanding nominal amount plus accrued interest until the Redemption Date (exclusive) (as defined in § 6.8).

  • The Call Re- demption Amount corresponds to the percent- age of the nominal amount shown in the "Call Redemption Amount" column, which refers to the Call Redemption Year in which the rele- vant Call Redemption Date falls.

  • In the case such notice is given, the Issuer will redeem the Bonds on the Redemption Date at their Principal Amount plus accrued interest.

  • If the Issuer for any reason fails to redeem the Notes as and when due, the PIK Amount shall be calculated with respect to the date of the actual redemption of the Notes instead of the Relevant Redemption Date, provided that a rate of 8.250% instead of 6.250% shall apply from (and including) the Relevant Redemption Date to (but excluding) the date of the actual redemption.

  • The Notes will be redeemed at their principal amount together with accrued interest on February 5, 2018 (the Redemption Date) to the extent they have not previously been redeemed or purchased and cancelled.
