Examples of 401(k) Plans in a sentence
Accounts that only have the ability to invest in Exempt Securities (such as unaffiliated mutual funds, 529 Plans investing in only Exempt Securities, and 401(k) Plans investing in only Exempt Securities) as defined in the Exempt Securities section above are not required to be reported.
NOTE: In certain circumstances Covered Securities may be held in accounts that are exempt from the Designated Brokerage Requirement, but do not have the ability to generate duplicate confirmation notices and statements (i.e. ESOP, DRIP, and 401(k) Plans).
This includes those positions held in 401(k) Plans held at other companies, excluding money market funds.
The following Investment Accounts do not need to be reported: • BAC Retirement Plans • Company-Directed 401(k) Plans that do not hold any Reportable Funds or Reportable Securities The following Personal Securities Transactions do not need to be reported: • Transactions in BAC Retirement Plans.
