Abandoned well means a well whose use has been permanently discontinued or which is in a state of disrepair such that it cannot be used for its intended purpose or for observation purposes.

Licensed System means, collectively:
SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.
Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.
Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.
Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.
Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.
Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;
by-product means a product which results from preparation of a fruit or vegetable product which has a positive economic value but is not the main intended result;
PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.
XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).
Product Intellectual Property means all of the following related to a Divestiture Product (other than Product Licensed Intellectual Property):
Abandoned sign means a sign located on property which becomes vacant and unoccupied for a period of ninety (90) days or more, or any sign which pertains to a time, event or purpose which no longer applies;
Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.
Tank system means a hazardous waste storage or treatment tank and its associated ancillary equipment and containment system.
Regulated Materials means any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, substance or material, the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.

Project Intellectual Property means the legal rights relating to inventions (including Subject Inventions as defined in 37 CFR 401), patent applications, patents, copyrights, trademarks, mask works, trade secrets, and any other legally protectable information, including computer software, first made or generated during the performance of this STTR Agreement.
Affected System means an electric system other than the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System that may be affected by a proposed interconnection or on which a proposed interconnection or addition of facilities or upgrades may require modifications or upgrades to the Transmission System. Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) (1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and (2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.
Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.
Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.
