Academic Agreement definition

Academic Agreement means an (i) agreement with another organization involving curricular offerings, instruction, delivery of instruction, admission of students, transfer of academic credit, or support of students or (ii) agreement that appoints an individual to, continues a person in, or renews an individual for a full-time or part-time faculty position at the Law School, whether for a term or indefinitely (e.g., with tenure).
