Acceptable Attorney definition

Acceptable Attorney means an attorney-at-law that has delivered at Seller’s request a Bailee Letter, with the exception of an attorney whom Buyer has notified Seller is not satisfactory to Buyer.
Acceptable Attorney shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.2(b) of the Custodial Agreement.

Acceptable Attorney means Ledgewood; Xxxxxx & Bird LLP; Cadwalader, Xxxxxxxxxx & Xxxx LLP; XxXxxxx Long & Xxxxxxxx LLP; Dechert LLP; Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx P.C. or any other attorney-at-law acceptable to Buyer in its commercially reasonable discretion.
