Acceptable Attorney definition

Acceptable Attorney means an attorney-at-law that has delivered at Seller’s request a Bailee Letter, with the exception of an attorney whom Buyer has notified Seller is not satisfactory to Buyer.

Acceptable Attorney shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.2(b) of the Custodial Agreement.

More Definitions of Acceptable Attorney

Acceptable Attorney means any attorney-at-law to which the Custodian has sent an Attorney's Bailee Letter, except for an attorney whom the Lender has notified the Custodian and the Borrower in writing that such attorney is not reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Acceptable Attorney means Ledgewood; Xxxxxx & Bird LLP; Cadwalader, Xxxxxxxxxx & Xxxx LLP; XxXxxxx Long & Xxxxxxxx LLP; Dechert LLP; Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx P.C. or any other attorney-at-law acceptable to Buyer in its commercially reasonable discretion.
