Acceptance Documents definition

Acceptance Documents means such general acceptance agreements, applications, certificates and other documents as the applicable L/C Issuer may require in connection with the creation of Bankers’ Acceptances.
Acceptance Documents the collective reference to the Drafts, the Acceptances and any other documents arising out of or in connection with the creation of Acceptances hereunder.
