In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any form of letter of credit application or other agreement (including any Acceptance Documents) submitted by a Borrower to, or entered into by a Borrower with, an Issuing Bank relating to any Letter of Credit, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
Contractor shall submit detailed invoices and Deliverable Acceptance Documents (DADs) itemizing the key deliverable(s) completed, and any other information and/or documentation appropriate and sufficient to substantiate the amount invoiced for payment by the State.
