Accrued Annual Incentive definition

Accrued Annual Incentive means the amount of any annual incentive earned in a year ended before the Termination Date, but not yet paid to a Participant as of the Termination Date, other than amounts that he or she has elected to defer or that have been automatically deferred.

Examples of Accrued Annual Incentive in a sentence

  • If the Company terminates your employment for Cause: (1) the Company will pay your Accrued Compensation; (2) you will forfeit your Earned Annual Incentive; (3) you will forfeit your Accrued Annual Incentive; (4) you will forfeit any unexercised Performance Options (whether vested or unvested) and any unexercised Performance Stock Appreciation Rights (whether vested or unvested); and (5) you will forfeit any unvested Annual Incentive Equity.

Related to Accrued Annual Incentive

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Annual Incentive Award means an Award made subject to attainment of performance goals (as described in Section 14) over a performance period of up to one year (the Company’s fiscal year, unless otherwise specified by the Committee).

  • Annual Incentive Plan means the Cinergy Corp. Annual Incentive Plan or any similar plan or successor to the Annual Incentive Plan.

  • Accrued Base Salary means the amount of Executive's Base Salary which is accrued but not yet paid as of the Date of Termination.

  • Bonus Compensation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).

  • Target Bonus means Executive’s annual (or annualized, as applicable) target bonus in effect immediately prior to Executive’s Qualifying Termination or, if Executive’s Qualifying Termination occurs during the Change in Control Period and the amount is greater, Executive’s annual (or annualized, if applicable) target bonus in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.

  • Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.

  • Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation means all Incentive-based Compensation Received by an Executive Officer (i) on or after the effective date of the applicable Nasdaq rules, (ii) after beginning service as an Executive Officer, (iii) who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the applicable performance period relating to any Incentive-based Compensation (whether or not such Executive Officer is serving at the time the Erroneously Awarded Compensation is required to be repaid to the Company), (iv) while the Company has a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, and (v) during the applicable Clawback Period (as defined below).

  • Leave Salary means the monthly amount paid by the University to an employee who is on leave.
