Accrued Management Fee definition

Accrued Management Fee means the amount of the base management fee (as defined in the Management Agreement) that has accrued and is unpaid under the Management Agreement through (and including) the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Accrued Management Fee means, at any time, the difference between (i) the aggregate of the management fees which have theretofore been earned pursuant to the Property Management Agreement (which amount shall not exceed $1.00 per square foot) and (ii) the amount of management fees that have theretofore been paid pursuant to the Property Management Agreement.

  • The unpaid two percent (2%) of the Management Fee shall be accrued without interest until an Operating Profit is achieved for three (3) consecutive calendar months ("Accrued Management Fee").

Accrued Management Fee means the amount of the Asset Management Fee (as defined in the Management Agreement) that has accrued and is unpaid or earned under the Management Agreement through (and including) the Closing Date; provided that, for avoidance of doubt, the Accrued Management Fee shall not include any Subordinated Compensation (as defined in the Management Agreement).

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, in an aggregate amount equal to the sum of (i) 25% per Quarter of the Fee Amount, plus (ii) 0.3125% of the Total Capitalization Value Increase for the preceding Quarter;
