Accrued Management Fee definition

Accrued Management Fee means the amount of the Base Management Fee (as defined in the Management Agreement) that has accrued and is unpaid under the Management Agreement through (and including) the Closing Date.
Accrued Management Fee means, at any time, the difference between (i) the aggregate of the management fees which have theretofore been earned pursuant to the Property Management Agreement (which amount shall not exceed $1.00 per square foot) and (ii) the amount of management fees that have theretofore been paid pursuant to the Property Management Agreement.
