Acquired Corporation Source Code definition

Acquired Corporation Source Code means any source code, or any portion, aspect or segment of any source code, relating to any Acquired Corporation Proprietary Asset.
Acquired Corporation Source Code means any source code, or any portion, aspect or segment of any source code, relating to any Proprietary Rights owned by or licensed to any of the Acquired Corporations or otherwise used by any of the Acquired Corporations.

Affiliate. "Affiliate" of any Person shall mean any other Person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, that Person.
