Acquired Locations definition

Acquired Locations means any locations in the policy territory acquired after the inception of the coverage under this endorsement.

Acquired Locations means all Business Locations (including with respect to any Business Location, the satellite office of such Business Location (if any) listed on Exhibit A), other than the Business Locations listed on the schedule of Excluded Locations, attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, or on the schedule of Partially Acquired Locations, attached hereto as Exhibit B-2, as the same may be amended or updated from time to time in accordance with this Agreement."

Acquired Locations means, cumulatively and inclusively, the locations identified on Schedule 2.1 hereto.

Examples of Acquired Locations in a sentence

The amounts of insurance stated in the Interruption Of Computer Operations Additional Coverage and the Newly Acquired Locations Coverage Extension apply in accordance with the terms of those coverages and are separate from the Limit(s) Of Insurance shown in the Declarations for any other coverage.
Newly Acquired Locations - Business Income (1) You may extend your Business Income Coverage to apply to property at any location you acquire other than fairs or exhibitions.

Acquired Locations means the retail locations of Seller identified on Schedule A hereto and the Headquarters.
