Acquiror Options definition

Acquiror Options means the options to purchase common stock of Acquiror.

Acquiror Options shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(a).

All securities of Acquiror (including the Acquiror Shares and the Acquiror Options) have been issued in compliance with all applicable Laws and Securities Laws.

Acquiror Options means options to purchase shares of Acquiror Common Stock issued by the Acquiror under the Amended and Restated 2004 Incentive Compensation Plan or the Acquiror’s Restated 1994 Stock Option Plan, which was terminated on February 17, 2004.
