Acquisition Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures made in connection with any Permitted Acquisition.

Acquisition Capital Expenditures means the aggregate amount of all expenditures of the Company and its Subsidiaries for fixed or capital assets made in connection with a Permitted Acquisition on or reasonably near the date of such Permitted Acquisition.
