ACS Equipment definition

ACS Equipment means equipment owned, leased or otherwise held by ACS that is dedicated solely to ACS providing the Services. Notwithstanding the location of Table of Contents ACS Equipment at a Symetra facility, all right, title and interest in and to any such ACS Equipment will be and remain in ACS, and Symetra will not have any title or ownership interest in the ACS Equipment.
ACS Equipment means any component, equipment, accessory or part installed in an Aircraft at the time of Delivery thereof and for which there exists an Airbus Contracted Suppliers Support Agreement. For the sake of clarity, Propulsion Systems, Supplier Parts, Buyer Furnished Equipment and other equipment selected by the Buyer to be supplied by suppliers with whom the Seller has no existing enforceable warranty agreements are not ACS Equipment.

Examples of ACS Equipment in a sentence

  • ACS will arrange for, and will determine the mode of transportation and installation of each item of ACS Equipment to such location(s) as may be mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • At mutually agreed times during Disentanglement, ACS shall remove from Symetra’s premises any ACS assets (including ACS Equipment) that Symetra, its Affiliates and/or the Replacement Provider elect not to purchase.

  • If Symetra relocates any Symetra facility in which ACS Equipment may be installed, Symetra will be responsible for the relocation costs of such ACS Equipment.

  • If ACS requests the relocation of any ACS Equipment, ACS shall be responsible for the associated relocation costs.

  • With the advice of ACS, Symetra will prepare and maintain at Symetra’s cost and expense any Symetra facility in which ACS Equipment will be installed in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications and all applicable codes, statutes, regulations and standards.

  • Notwithstanding the location of ACS Equipment at a Symetra facility, all right, title and interest in and to any such ACS Equipment will be and remain in ACS, and Symetra will not have any title or ownership interest in the ACS Equipment.

  • ACS may provide ACS Equipment for use by ACS employees on behalf of Symetra, at no additional charge to Symetra.

  • ACS will be responsible for maintaining all ACS Equipment after installation at a Symetra location; provided, however, that Symetra will be responsible for all costs and expenses of repair or replacement to correct any damage to ACS Equipment or any part thereof (reasonable wear and tear excepted) caused by Symetra, or one of their employees, agents or invitees (exclusive of the employees, agents and/or invitees of ACS, its Affiliates and/or its Subcontractors).

  • ACS may, upon mutual agreement with Symetra as to equipment and charges (if any), provide to Symetra certain ACS Equipment at mutually agreed location(s), and on a mutually agreed delivery schedule.

  • Symetra will be responsible for all costs and expenses of repair or replacement to correct any damage to ACS Equipment or any part thereof (reasonable wear and tear excepted) caused by Symetra Personnel and/or Symetra invitees (excluding ACS Personnel and/or ACS invitees).

Related to ACS Equipment

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Project Equipment means all personal property, goods, leasehold improvements, machinery, equipment, furnishings, furniture, fixtures, tools and attachments wherever located and whether now owned or hereafter acquired, financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds, and any additions and accessions thereto, substitutions therefor and replacements thereof, including, without limitation the Project Equipment described in Appendix C hereto, as amended from time to time in accordance herewith.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
