Actual Development Costs definition

Actual Development Costs means in respect of each Firm Scheme, the amount of Development Costs actually incurred by the Grant Recipient in Delivering that Firm Scheme as such amount is warranted and certified by the Grant Recipient pursuant to Clause 12.3.2(d) (Grant Claim Procedures);
Actual Development Costs means in respect of each Capital Firm Scheme the amount of Development Costs actually incurred by the Relevant Consortium Member in Delivering that Capital Firm Scheme as such amount is warranted and certified by the Lead Partner pursuant to Clause 18.2.2(b) (Capital Grant Claim Procedures), Clause 18.3.1 (Capital Grant Claim Procedures) and Clause 18.5.2 (Capital Grant Claim Procedures);
Actual Development Costs shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1 hereof.

Actual Development Costs means all Development Costs actually incurred prior to any relevant date;
