Actual Services Commencement Date definition

Actual Services Commencement Date means the date the Supplier actually commences delivery of all of the Services;

  • Accordingly, the Supplier warrants that, from the Actual Services Commencement Date, it shall submit accurate invoices and other information on time to the Authority.

  • If the Services, or any part of them, are regulated by any regulatory body, the Supplier shall ensure that at the Actual Services Commencement Date it has in place all relevant registrations and shall maintain such registrations during the Term.
