Actual Services Commencement Date means the date the Supplier actually commences delivery of all of the Services;

Accordingly, the Supplier warrants that, from the Actual Services Commencement Date, it shall submit accurate invoices and other information on time to the Authority.
If the Services, or any part of them, are regulated by any regulatory body, the Supplier shall ensure that at the Actual Services Commencement Date it has in place all relevant registrations and shall maintain such registrations during the Term.
The Supplier shall comply fully with its obligations set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document, including without limitation the KPIs. The Supplier shall ensure that all relevant consents, authorisations, licences and accreditations required to provide the Services are in place at the Actual Services Commencement Date and are maintained throughout the Term.
Unless otherwise stated in the Commercial Schedule the Contract Price: shall be payable from the Actual Services Commencement Date; shall remain fixed during the Term; and is the entire price payable by the Authority to the Supplier in respect of the Services and includes, without limitation, any royalties, licence fees, supplies and all consumables used by the Supplier, travel costs, accommodation expenses and the cost of Staff.
