Sidewalk Improvements. Owner shall furnish and install, at its own expense, all sidewalk improvements in conformance with the drawings, plans and specifications accepted by Firestone.
Sidewalk Improvements. (a) Owner shall construct or cause to be constructed a sidewalk connecting Planning Area 1 to an existing sidewalk located east of the Tokul Roundabout. The sidewalk location (north or south side of Mill Pond Road), width and design details shall be determined by the City prior to final civil engineering approval, based on City’s review of engineering feasibility analysis submitted by Owner. The engineering feasibility analysis shall be prepared by a Washington professional engineer and shall meet the City’s specifications and include, at a minimum, permitting feasibility, constructability, cost, vehicle and pedestrian safety, potential impacts to critical areas, engineering feasibility. At the City’s sole option, Owner may pay a fee-in-lieu of constructing the sidewalk if the sidewalk improvement is a component of a planned project included in the City’s then- adopted Capital Improvement Program. The amount of any such fee-in-lieu shall be determined by the City based on the estimated cost of the sidewalk determined following engineering feasibility review.

Blvd to Xxxxx Drive; and On one side of Xxxxxxx School Road between Xxxxx Drive and Homestead Road.
Sidewalk Improvements. The Village, Developer and Lot 4 Owner acknowledge and agree that sidewalks and parkway trees are required within and along the required right of way. Developer agrees to comply with the determination of the Village following its receipt of the recommendation of the Village to install the sidewalks in lieu of a cash donation or contribution for sidewalks. Sidewalk Improvements. Sidewalks Improvements shall include public sidewalk improvements on South 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00xx Xxxxxx, and L Street within the Project Area. Redeveloper may seek reimbursement from TIF Bond Proceeds up to Thirty-Two Thousand Dollars ($32,000.00) for Sidewalk Improvements in the right of way in the Project Area.
Sidewalk Improvements. The Phase 1 Street Improvement Project does not include construction of sidewalks, street trees and tree vaults, street lights and street furniture (“Sidewalk Improvements”) which will be constructed by the owner of the Block when a Building is built on a Block. NMI, RCI, OHSU and Block 39 shall be responsible for the cost of constructing the Sidewalk Improvements that run east/west adjacent to their respective properties, and PDC shall be responsible for the cost of constructing Sidewalk Improvements that run north/south. Upon completion of Sidewalk Improvements on the north/southall faces of a Bblock, PDC shall reimburse NMI, RCI, OHSU or Block 39 on their respective Blocks $83,000 for each north/south faces of each Block for the reasonable actual cost of constructing Sidewalk Imrpovements for the north-south faces of each Block. up to a total reimbursement of $1,909,000. PDC shall be obligated to pay this amount within thirty (30) days of PDC’s of receipt of documentation from NMI, RCI, OHSU or Block 39 as to their respective Blocks, establishing the reasonable and actual cost of this work, certified as being accurate by NMI, RCI, OHSU or Block 39 on their respective Blocks and by the contractor(s) that performed such work completion of the Sidewalk Improvements on the north/south Block faces of the applicable Block to the reasonable satisfaction of PDC.
Sidewalk Improvements. The Developer shall construct a portion of the sidewalks along Xxxxxxxxx Street and Leander Drive as described in the Sidewalk Improvements provided herein. The sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with the City’s development regulations. The sidewalks must be constructed prior to issuance of certificate of completion for the site development permit.
