Additional Project Facilities definition

Additional Project Facilities means any facilities of the County proposed to be acquired or renovated by the Corporation and made subject to the Facilities Agreement.
Additional Project Facilities means any facilities of the City proposed to be acquired or renovated by the Corporation and made subject to the Facilities Agreement.

  • The Authority shall, cause the utility companies owning such utilities to undertake shifting of any utility including electric lines and telephone cables, to an appropriate location or alignment within or outside the Service Area if and only if such utility causes or shall cause a Material Adverse Effect on the construction, operation or maintenance of the Additional Project Facilities.

  • It is clarified that the Additional Project Facilities will include any additional service pipeline required up to the water meter, stopcock and meter box in each of the Customer premises in the Service Area.

  • The Independent Engineer shall require the Concessionaire to carry out or cause to be carried out tests to determine that such remedial measures have brought the Additional Project Facilities into compliance with the Technical Specifications and the procedure shall be repeated until the Additional Project Facilities conform to the Technical Specifications.

  • If any of such amounts are disbursed to the County, such amounts shall be expended only for the purpose of defraying the cost of Additional Project Facilities or other capital expenditures.

  • Additional Bonds may be issued for the purposes of providing funds (i) to refund any portion of the Series 2018 Bond or any Additional Bonds theretofore issued, (ii) for the purpose of paying the cost of completing the Project Facilities and (iii) for the purpose of paying the cost of Additional Project Facilities.


More Definitions of Additional Project Facilities

Additional Project Facilities means the facilities to be constructed by the Concessionaire by developing and augmenting the Existing Project Facilities and by constructing new infrastructure improvement works and replacements forming part of the water supply, transmission, treatment, storage, and distribution system required to provide the water supply services in the Service Area, as stated in the agreed in the CIP and subject to any addition or deduction that may occur pursuant to Change in Scope approved by the Authority in accordance with this Agreement.
Additional Project Facilities means the set forth in the Contract;
Additional Project Facilities means any Additional Existing Facilities, as improved by Additional Capital Projects, and Additional New Facilities proposed to be acquired, constructed, expanded or renovated by the Corporation with proceeds of Additional Bonds and made subject to this Facilities Agreement through the provisions of a Supplemental Facilities Agreement.

Related to Additional Project Facilities

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Additional Property means, in respect of a Series, the rights and benefits provided in respect of the Series, or applicable Class, pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate and/or currency swap agreement, loan agreement, enhancement agreement or other similar arrangement as contemplated under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and as provided for in the related Series Purchase Agreement.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
